Shipping Policy
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Though most orders are processed within 24 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. Orders are processed on weekdays 9:30 am-4 pm PST. Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays.
Most Priority Mail Express orders placed before 12 pm noon M-F will ship out same-day.
Delivery Times
Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it may be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders). It will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed.
USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped.
Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.
